Bio
Brian Tranetzki
Brian is a Managing Principal of Commonwealth Real Estate Advisors and the Designated Broker. Brian has extensive advisory, acquisition and disposition experience through his investment banking, corporate strategy and commercial real estate sales and investment roles. He has been involved in over $1 billion of real estate investment, debt, equity, private placement, and private and publicly traded REIT transactions.
Previously to Commonwealth Real Estate Advisors, Brian was an accomplished multifamily investment broker at Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix, AZ. Marcus & Millichap Inc., (NYSE: MMI), is the largest national commercial real estate firm specializing in real estate investment sales. Brian was an Associate Director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group and, during the firm’s transition period, also served as the Designated Broker for the Arizona office.
Brian started his career in investment banking with A.G Edwards & Sons, Inc, a Wells Fargo company, specializing in fixed income trading for corporate and municipal debt securities, preferred stock, private and publicly traded real estate investment trusts and real estate syndications. He managed and advised on an approximate $50 million portfolio of assets.
After A.G. Edwards, Brian made the transition to a boutique investment bank and securities brokerage company where he served as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). In 2010, he began his career at Marcus & Millichap as a commercial sales associate in retail and office.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Brian has called Phoenix home since 1999. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona. Previously, Brian held 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses as well as held a Certified Estate Planner (CEP) designation.

Anton Laakso
Anton is a principal of Commonwealth Real Estate Advisors. He specializes in the Acquisition and Disposition of Multifamily Housing and spearheads all of Commonwealth’s Manufactured Housing sales. He began his career in 2016 after studying Real Estate and Sales & Marketing at Arizona State University.
Previously, Anton was a Vice President of Investments for Taylor Street Advisors where he was continuously a top sales performer within the company. Before Taylor Street Anton was a key member of an award-winning residential sales team with the nation’s largest real estate firm, Keller Williams. His responsibilities included home sales, advisory services, and management & training of new agents to the team.
Anton prides himself on the comprehensive advisory-based approach to his Client’s Real Estate Operations and needs. In addition to his extensive experience, Anton uses his intellect and market knowledge to put his client’s in the position to make the most informed decision to achieve their real estate investment goals. Throughout his career, Anton has closed over $250 Million in transactions.
Originally born in Pittsburgh, Anton and his family moved to Ashburn, Virginia where he grew up. In 2013, he decided to make Arizona his permanent home.
